Got tons of gold, don't need some random steel sword, or maybe the quest giver is poor and only has their body to offer, you know?One instance where I think this would work well is in Markarth if you save Margret, you see her later in the tavern and she shows gratitude through banging...

You also have the option to extort sex (instead of gold in some cases, or on top of gold in others) before doing a task. It is a great mod in many ways and does work with both SL 1.59 and 1.61. The only fault I've found with it is the use of the game gender and not sexlab gender. If you have changed your PC to a futa or some other way, it doesn't always do what you expect.
