TES/FO games: Windows 10 vs 8.1 vs 7 question

I am curious which of this systems: 10, 8.1 and 7 has the best compatibility, stability, and i'm curious about performance as well, for the following games:

 

TES Oblivion

TES Skyrim

Fallout 3

Fallout NV

Fallout 4

For me Windows 10 x64 was slightly faster then Win 7 x64.

More like the Direct x in W10 is better.

I just recently switched to win 10 from win 7 and i can honestly say i noticed a more stable smooth gameplay in skyrim.
