Fallout 4 Crashes Within Seconds of Loading a Game

This happened ever since the new recent update. This is my load order.

i notice fo4 waits until later than skyrim did to crash when esp masters are missing.

After the latest patch (1.3) my game kept minimising to the task bar (win 7). I tried disabling all my mods - same thing, redid the ini's - same result. But when I removed all my saves from the folder, the game launched normally. I had to start a new game. Luckily my latest play through was only level 10. It's annoying, but that is the only thing that worked for me.
