Help to start a new game,

So yeah,i'm not playd skyrim for a year know,and i want to go back to it,it was a realy great,but there were several problems that stopped me.So that's why i need help,help me to start a fresh new game with a lot of mods of a stabilzed gameplay.I followed this guide here but i stucked betwen the second and 5th part.Also i have near 400 mods installd and this makes my works very hard.So please give me guides!
