sketchbook87 Posted January 31, 2016 Posted January 31, 2016 Hi there! So far, I've been pretty successful in installing and using Bodyslide at the basic level. However, I've been facing some hurdles in wanting to use the "CBBE Morph" option to alter Lunari race's body in the Race Menu. I feel that it gives more options besides using "Body Scale". Currently, no matter what CBBE-body type I install from the FOMOD, the morph sliders just won't change the body. At present, - I'm using CBBE Body HDT in Bodyslide Outfit as my default body. (Based off "Installing CBBE + Bodyslide + FNIS in Mod Organiser" from youtube) - Tried replacing the Lunari.xml file method I saw from a forum, but currently in Caliente's Tool > Body Presets, there is no such .xml file - All files from Lunari are in Meshes > bhakti > lunari. - Can't find any body presets under any CBBE body types in Bodyslide Outfit program. I'm pretty set on using the HDT physics, hence I suspect that the absence of a HDT body for Lunari is the answer? I'm definitely lacking knowledge in some parts, so I'll appreciate any advice that comes my way!

On other hand bodyslide made body placed in meshes\bhakti\femalebody.nif and femalebody1.nif works fine but even if i put .tri files there slides from racemenu ingame dosen't work. I just guess racemenu slides work only for "vanilla" placed body (meshes\character\character assest\femalebody.nif) and u could try to change body that uses Lunari from her own (bhakti\femalebody.nif) to vanilla (meshes\character\character assest\femalebody.nif) in CK but she will loose her unique one compraring to npc. But not sure may be there is easier way and masters will surely advice us something better. ps. I guess there is just no xml file for body located in custom race folder so its reason it dosen't morph. Like one that comes with any bodyslide clothes or bodies.
Terakhan Posted February 1, 2016 Posted February 1, 2016 You basically have to create the bodyslide for the race individually. The .tri files, I can only assume reference folder, so moving them does not do anything. If you make it as a project from Outfit Studio, it will get the files right. Meaning, start a new project, select the race's _1 mesh, conform sliders, save project, name it, and generate it in Bodyslide afterwards.
chajapa Posted February 4, 2016 Posted February 4, 2016 Look at the folder structure for Lunari race. If it has it's own body meshes (femalebody_0.nif and femalebody_1.nif) then you have to copy the CBBE HDT body meshes from your default folder to where they belong in the Lunari folder. COPY.......not MOVE. When you build the body in BodySlide you need to make sure to check the box at lower left that enables the creation of the morph files (the TRI files) When you copy body meshes to Lunari folder structure DO NOT also copy the tri files. Won't hurt anything, but is totally unnecessary and just takes up more hard drive space. IF LUNARI RACE HAS ITS OWN SKELETON..... then you also want to be sure to copy your default skeleton mesh (the nif file for the female skeleton) to wherever the Lunari skeleton is. Skeleton should be the latest XPMSE skeleton from here on LL. Or reasonably recent. I have Succubus Race and all sliders working. Lunari has some quirks for some reason but if done correctly should work fine.

This. I did the same way with mine -- to Custom Races -- after installing XPMSE -- copy the skeleton.nif. Sliders should work then.
LadyK7332 Posted February 1, 2018 Posted February 1, 2018 Just a quick question, same boat, no idea where to go or what DIR to pull/replace files in T_T dumb Q I know, would love an answer :3
LadyK7332 Posted February 2, 2018 Posted February 2, 2018 Figured it out, ran body slide like suggested outside of MO and copied the files to the mods folder and overwrote the files there. CBBE ended up having chest fall into the characters chest when sneaking and some weird "ass" effect as well. Went with "CHSBHC - BBP - Nude and Jiggly Mod", jiggles look absolutely wonderful, the bounce seems slightly exaggerated but still good.
