Decals and Suit numbers for standalone mods.

Alright, so I've been converting armors that were just retex into standalone mods because I didn't want to lose the original mods already in place. But I run into a constant problem. I cant figure out how to get the numbers on the back of the vault suits, or any decals like on the combat armor. Here is what i'm looking at. And im using these programs:

Material editor

Nifskope

B.A.E

 

Im not sure what to do to get the one texture to work. It's the vaultsuitnumber111dirty_d.dds file for the Sexy ass nylon suit mod on that site. Any help is much appreciated.

This is in the wrong area should of been posted in the fallout 4 area and not in the skyrim area..
