Trying to swap faces with an npc. Anyone know how?

I want to take the baby piper face from this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/6444/? and make that the face of my vault dweller. Is there a command for that? or a mod?

First, you'll want to download that mod (the face in question) and Face Ripper. Extract the mod anywhere, extract Face Ripper to your Fallout 4 folder, then run it. You'll need to point it to your downloaded mod face (the face you want) and to the save game you want it on. Then hit Ok, a window will pop up that says Success, and you're done.
