SexLab not working

Help.. I have been trying to get SexLab to work for the longest time now, read other threads on the issue, but none matched the one I am experiencing. On the MCM menu, I can see the SexLab tab, but when I open it, all I see is this: (view attached image)

 

I'm really confused, and nothing works.

See the right hand side where it says "Install/Update Sexlab 1.61b"? Click on it.

I did. It does absolutely nothing.

It works. After the clicking  on "Install/update..." you will see it changed into "SexLab is working..."  Wait  minute or two and then exit the menu. Wait until a new notification in upper left corner "SexLab is..."  After that enter in the menu again...

Welp, I'm officially dumb. Thanks, Elf Prince. Now is there a way I can delete this thread? ._.
