Skyrim Legacy .bin File?

Apparently, I found a "Numbers"_legacy.bin in my Skyrim Folder.

After further checking as to why my Skyrim is all screwy lately, I seem to find out that most of my mods aren't installing upon a new save game. 

So I was just wondering, "What is this file?"

If you have MO, it'll show you which mod holds what files it includes. A .bin file isn't supposed to be there unless the author included it by accident.

Sadly, I don't use MO (complicated for me to wrap my head) and the mod I've check that I installed doesn't come with a bin file.

Just throwing this out there I don't think its related to MO. I use several MO installs and not one of them is responsible for this .bin, a clean reinstall of Skyrim also did not create this which makes no sense because I found it under my Steam directory install earlier this year. Whatever it was I've isolated it and have noticed no damage to Skyrim and nothing I use whether it be ENB, or plugins has been able to recreate this Legacy.bin.

Do you have mods from steam workshop ?? sounds like the mods are not correctly downloaded and placed in the right folder.

Someone on steam was also having this problems, try what other people are pointing out like restart steam / pc etc..
