Im new to mods. Will this work with UNP and varients?

They will "work", though you may experience clipping and/or size/texture mismatching noticeable mainly where the hands, feet and neck connect (these are common side-effects to using any armor fitted to a body other than the one you are using). This is using a custom body that could potentially clip with UNP, though wearing a full set should alleviate this.

Personally, before you mod the game one piece at a time you have to get a bit more accustomed to its world and mechanics, and also peruse the map.

First place I tried actually, the barells simply aren't there. Does the mod require any pre mod? Do I have to install the high heels also?

 

Edit: Yup that was the problem. When I installed the .7z inside the zip also the barrells appeared. Cheers!
