sorry for the late replay i had much to study but now i'm on a little vacation and i said to myself to start with the work.

 

I started with Grimmjow but due to his pants it will take time to work on him so i'll port him last...

Now i want to start with Madara, which eyes do you want him to have?

Done! But the textures are really bad, that's something i cannot change, it's like they were in the file you uploaded.

Well i had once a similar problem, i made a player model for a guy who had a request on YT and the colors were also bad, but he changed it with something i don't know what it is (didn't ask him), he used some addon/mod or whatever it is, you can see it on this picture

on the left side there is a window to change the light, if you know what it is then try it out...

The model cannot be imported in Autodesk 3ds Max (the program i use to bind the model with skyrim bones), the models have to be .obj or .fbx files and the textures .dds or .png

Hey, if you ever find out how to convert those meshes, I found a fellow on Deviantart seems to have tons of models from all over: the Arkham games, TFU, Bioshock Infinite, one of the later Castlevanias...

Is it possible to port one of these armors ? or the entire playermodel if you want. Some time ago i found this deviantart with lots of models, i don't know how you port the models from one piece but i don't know if it's very different from porting armors, here are the models, you choose which one you port, that is if you will want to port them, but if you could port dorian armor or even the his entire model, i would be very grateful.
