FPS slowly dropping down

Hi, I'd like to know if you can help me. You see, I have a weird problem that makes Skyrim FPS "going nuts". Basically, I start playing at a framerate of 40-45 FPS and it slowly drops down until a point I just have 10-15 FPS (it takes around 30 minutes). Here are two pics taken in the same area:

I have a total of 95 plugins installed, here's my load order (too lazy to write it, so I made screenshots):

 

And finally my system specs:

-Windows 7 Ultimate

-Intel Core i5 2450M (2.5 GHz x 4 cores)

-Nvdia GeForce 610M 2GB

-4GB RAM

 

What do you think? Is there any way to fix it?

A guy told me to modify VRAM in BIOS, but since I'm using a laptop, I can't

Please tell us if you are using ENB or not. And if you can, also provide the mod list as text file and not as screenshots (or it will be hard to check it.)

Have you checked the temperatures for your laptop? It could be overheating, which would cause the performance to degrade over time.
