This screenshot is from Glev's Skyrim loading screen replacer mod. I am looking for the tattoo found in one of the loading screen images. I censored the images, as I understand not everyone shares the same kink as I do.

The tattoo features arrangements pink stars of varying sizes throughout the hips, thighs, breast, spine, and lower back.

 

I believe the tattoo to based off of a character called  Meyumi Nuyasaka (more commonly referred to as Mey Mey) by Amaterasu.

This is an old reference sheet of mey mey's tattoos (this has stars on the shoulders, however I do not believe this mod does)

That's not a follower, it's just a silly little description. Besides, he's a friendly dude. You can message him to ask where the horns are from. It's probably just something he converted himself.
