Sexlab (Defeat) does not work as intended

Hello there,

 

i'm trying desperately to get sexlab (defeat), to work, but i'm somewhat down on my luck - and out of all  options as adressed by the FAQ / Troubleshooting sections of sexlab and FNIS

 

Problem description:

 

"Rape" Scenes start, animation is chosen and played, but hero (female) and all others still got vanilla underwear, no nudity. After the first animation finishes, my girl gets down on her knees, and well that's it. She remains so forever, nothing else happens, i cannout get out, and i have to reload.

 

Also, upon surrendering, my opponents seem to say something which i cannot hear, nor do i see what they say. I can, however, respond to their imaginous speech and, If rape, same situation as stated above.

 

System:

 

Windows 8

 

List of installed mods and their launch order:

 

- Newest Steam version of Skyrim and all its addons

- SkyUI

- FNIS (latest patch of behavior and creatures, 6.2 and 6.1, respectively)

- XP 32 Skeleton (newest patch)

- Sexlab

- Sexlab Defeat

 

FNIS and LOOT show no conflicts, no warnings. Everything just seems fine. I previously have - as demanded by the FAQ / Troubleshooting section - deeinstalled and reeinstalled quite about everything, including a new download of Skyrim from Steam with the synchronisation option disabled and manual deletion of all remnant files of all mods, tools, and Skyrim. 

 

Anyone got ideas how to make this work? If you need anything, such as a screen , Papyrus log or so on, please tell me so.

NPCs saying something you can't hear or see?

You don't seem to have installed Fuz Ro D-oh.

And what about SKSE? You installed that at least, right?

And did you run "FNIS for Users" to let the game register the new mod animations?

Go to Dragonsreach, in the room of the Jarl (where are the ingots), make a clean save complete, ie uninstall everything related to loverlab, save it, use the clean save, load, save it, clean the save again, all in that place, if possible only installs Defeat and sexlab framework and nothing more... try it my friend, It works for me

In case you have SKSE installed make sure to always start the game using the SKSE Loader. Happened to me once (or twice) that I forgot and just used the normal launcher which resulted in similiar weirdness.

@Bazinga: I don't have that mod installed, the above mentioned are all that is.

@Dubaldo: Did so, in that order - i basically had done so before, trying everything, disabling, updating FNIS, cleansave, reeinstalling, upadting FNIS,  reloading, waiting some time in between... no effect, but thanks!

@ Valgo: Thank you of reminding me of that, but i always launch skse loader (with administrator rights)

hi , assuming you have sexlab and defeat and all their required mods properly installed (please follow the install instructions precisely) could you check that you have installed a nude body mod like CBBE or UNP for the girls and something like SOS for the boys.

most important is that you have properly installed the custom skeleton like XMPS and all its requirments

 

when you enter the console do you see some messages that sexlab is active and that it tries to play an animation file ?

@pinaman: K, i need a nude body thingy? Thought Sexlab did that by itself? Could install CBBE, sure, but i thought nude went by itself with Sexlab? Really wanted to make sure there were no conflicts, you know... btw, CBBE didn't work properly either, first time i installed. Then all of a sudden, the "removeallitems" order worked - from one day to the other, without me having changed anything...

 

I will enter the console upon my next sudden and inexpected rape (harhar) and i shall place this information here, as soon as i have a found a new decent screen capture.

Hey, quick update: I have installed CBBE, so now, my hero female (me) is all nude during sex animations, and quite hot, too! ^^

 

For men, however, i have not yet found a solution: Either mens schlong is way up too high (SOS), not penetrating me (might work for certain animations, will have to check) or the mens body just disappears upon undressing (If i click the use predefined nude model in sexlab menu).

 

Which nude male model mod do you guys use?

I myself use SOS (and UNP instead of CBBE for that matter). You can manually align the characters via the MCM option of Sexlab. I am usually too lazy to do that and just switch to another animation or watch it from another angle or something. I could be wrong (because I never manually align anything as I just said) but I read somewhere that doing that a couple of times results in Sexlab remembering your option which should lead to less alignment problems.
