Do I need SoS for a non-sex playthrough?

I'm taking a break from all the sex stuff but I want to keep the penises on naked bodies. Do I need SoS modules installed or just the meshes and textures?

SOS requires at least the core to work, because the penis is added by the script.

And of course you need at least one of the meshes/textures of it.

You could use SOS Light, which has just one esp plus meshes and textures. Or switch to one of the Better Males bodies from nexus that don't use an esp.

If you want to keep a touch of realism for a male body I would recommend the 4udik mod which was touched up here:

Plus it is bashed patchable which will take one less esp count on your roster always a benefit imo.

 

(You can just install the meshes for flaccid alone.)
