Guest Posted January 3, 2016 Posted January 3, 2016 Hey so my ENB is great and all but it has these weird shadow pixie effect on some areas of my game. I can edit my ENB in game but im not sure what to do to fix this. With out ENB
SirNibbles Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 It's a shadow problem, although I don't know exactly which setting caused it again it definitely has something to do with the shadow settings from your ENB. My advice is to check out the enb settings and see if u got anything shadow settings enabled/disabled and/or got any ENB shadow settings on very low or similiar wise. I vaguely remember it had something to do with the "UseBilateralShadowFilter", try setting it to "true". (I'm not entirely sure about this one though, it could be caused by one of the other settings)
Imperfection Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 I had similar effect after running Ordinator/DDSOPT on my textures for the body and face, restored them from the backup Ordinator/DDSOPT makes and then the odd lines went away. Hope that helps,
Ky Kiske Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 Always set on nvidia control panel or amd catalyst to let the application handle everything (also no AA on skyrim launcher as well), if that doesn't help enb has it's blur variable under the shadow tab but that never works for me, what it does tho is this line in the skyrimprefs.ini : [Display]iBlurDeferredShadowMask= (pick somewhere from 0 to 32) lower value shadows are sharper.
