Yeah. It is from this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/64102

 

However I slimmed down the thigh pieces so the hands don't clip into them and I used this mod's blue textures (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/69521) with my own Vault-Tec logo overlayed.

 

Apparently both modders acknowledge each other's work, so the textures are compatible to each other.
