it's 10 mods edited and mashed together, without knowing ur way around Outfitstudio and xEdit u won't be able to get the cloth but i will list them in case u want a specific piece my Character is wearing

2- Stocking wide fishnet from: Clothes Pack 4 by DonEb14n - CBBE - BodySlide

3- I'm using a bikini but its not visible its from: Clothes Pack 5 by DonEb14n - CBBE - TWB - BodySlide

4- Small fishnet and side brown packs and thighs imported from: Female Outfit replacer

5- Gun Belt and the metal the harness from: Vtaw Wardrobe 6 - CBBE - BodySlide

6- The Arms, Cape, knee pads from: Vtaw Wardrobe 8 - CBBE - BodySlide but i deleted some of the mesh to just keep the pads and belts.

7- The gun Harness from: Apocalypse Accessories - Glasses - Scarves - Bags

8- Scarf from: Fortaleza Armor - CBBE - BodySlide but its edited to just keep the scarf and i resized it

9- The Fanny Pack from: Eli's Utility Jumpsuits - Vault - Factions - Camos (CBBE and Vanilla) but i deleted the jumpsuit and turned it into just fanny pack.

10- The Gloves from: TheKite's Vault-Tec Slave Suit+

11- And the colorful pic on her buttcheek is a tattoo 

 

also i mashed the nif together and removed the Armor hit points and reduced the weight and fitted them to 3BBB to get them jiggle in outfitstudio and xEdit to not be overpowered and still be able to wear armor with it so it's a lot but im actually wearing like 4 pieces of clothing

Excellent, particularly that last one.  A stable diffusion variant?  I'm trying to get that plump look, but can't seem to find the variant and prompts needed for it yet.

Thanks....Her face I made from scratch using default Nora, so there's no preset...she's my personal character. The clothes are DX Azur Lane St. Louis - Luxurious Wheels Outfit, and for her body I use FAPP - Fit And Perky Presets for CBBE Bodyslide (The 1.3 version ...A-cup, then I increased the breast slider in bodyslide 25%).
