Ramses Posted December 30, 2015 Posted December 30, 2015 I need at least half a dozen testers for a new Fallout 4 mod. Must: Basic experience with mods Ability to effectively communicate Able to verify results It's a very simple mod but with a potentially huge impact. It can NOT break/alter games in any way - it sole purpose is to improve performance. Reply here with basic system specs (important!) but I need a wide variety of systems: CPU/RAM GPU/RAM SSD/HDD (important to know if Fallout 4 is installed on HDD or SSD) Timezone Credit will be given for those that assist in testing. Thank you.

Guest Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 I can try to run FO4 in a undersized VirtualMachine, if you wish. (Low cores, low max caps on the CPUs utilization (no "caps" are not "Nuka Cola Caps")\ (Low memory, let's say 8GB) (Memory of Graphic card limited to 2GB (but I cannot change the GC in the VM.) (Install the VM on an external rotational drive) TimeZone: EST. (North America East Coast, GMT-5)
leatherliz Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 Been modding various things since at least UT2004 (both making and installing) English is my native language Do you mean confirming repeatability or using some 3rd party metrics software? AMD Phenom II x4 3.4GHz / 8Gb RAM NVidia GeForce GTX 460 SE 1Gb VRAM HDD EST Republic Credits will do fine. *hand wave* Might be a couple days after new years before I can get to play again and do any testing.
AuronXCZE Posted December 31, 2015 Posted December 31, 2015 I can also throw me in the place : Modding as using, and making mods work i would say i am average (Skyrim with around 340 +/- 20 mods running), (Fallout 3/NV around 70-120 mods going) : Communication, well except some grammar fail there and here, nothing bad, issue is my work since i work 3 shits so the time i can reply/play depends : Never heard of that. : i5 Quad 3,2 (clock at 4,2) : 550Ti Windforce 1 GB GDDR5 memory 192-bit memory interface : 8GB DDR 3RAM : HDD Crappy 160GB : CET / GMT+1 : Also if needed i can rebuild my pc for a weaker one if you need low-end testing [its not like my PC is a high-end but F4 on ultra without frame drops (too cheap to throw old stuff away)].
