Batman Arkham Knight for PC. Looking for mods. Actually just one.

So the mod I'm looking for....I don't know if it exists. There was a glitch that let you free roam as any character so I think this is possible. What I'd like is a mod that let me pick the character I could play as. I really just want to play through the game as Harley Quinn. I don't care if it would look broken. Is there a way to switch out batman's textures with Harley's? 

 

I don't have the game for PC or I'd try to figure it out. Any help on this would be great.
