NPC's fading when 3rd camera zooms in

Hello guys,

I hope I created this topic in the right session, if now I can fix that.

I don't like to ask for help without searching and I got around looking for a way out of this situation.

I didn't find any other similar topic or solution, the only solution I found was a tweak in the Skyrim.ini that got me nowhere.

But here's the deal, I had this terrible trouble with the fps droping over time that lots and lots of ppl were having. So I started following another lots of instructions to solve my problem, which I did. But to do that I had to change stuff in the ini files that I had no clue what were about.

One of the downsides, and the center of this topic, is that whenever I play an animation (SexLab, CEO's 0SEX, you name it) and the third person camera gets lil bit close, the NPC to whom I'm interacting with fades. Before doing that whole bunch of tweaks I could get some interesting angles of the animations with the 3rd person camera, without having to tfc in console command.

If anyone around knows what the hell I did to change that and how I get back, I would be forever grateful, as this is a huge set back to the sexuality mods moments.

Thank you

You shouldn't be using the TFC console commands anyway for camera moving while doing sexlab animations as it is built into sexlab. You can go into the commands and set it to go to it when animations start and it leaves it when it ends. Not to mention using the TFC console commands can screw up your controls if you don't get back out of it before animations end. You and other people always fade out when you get to close when in 3rd person. If it wasn't happening before you probably were not close enough to cause it. You can set lots of thing using the sexlab options like making the animations progress manually instead of auto.

Didn't knew that about TFC in SexLab. And i've come a long way playing this game and following loverslab. Guess that just passed flying over my head and I did not caught up. And I have to say that makes lots of senses. Thanks.

I know that by default Skyrim 3rd person camera does that. It did when I first played in console as it did when I changed to PC.

But I shit you not, for some time now, can't know for sure when, it simply didn't. When I had some animations going on I could roll the camera to the characters feet to look at the angle upside. As the camera "entered" their legs they did not disappeared. Their legs was simply cut in the camera's limit just as the TFC command would do.

Maybe that was a bug, but if that was the case, it is a welcome bug.

I noticed that, somehow, now, changing between different characters from different saves changes the 'disappearance factor' of the NPCs with 3rd person camera. And if that happens, if I load the other character in other save it does as follows, but later on it stops doing that. Confusing really.

Well, worth the post just to find out if that's simply a bug or a tweak as I was wondering it was. If anyone else would have information about it, I would gladly hear it.

Thank you for your time, friend :)
