NPC's Vanishing Upon Enslavement

I'm having some trouble with Paradise Halls. Whenever I down an NPC, activate them, and hit Enslave, they vanish. I have slave tracking enabled, and when they vanish, the arrow points down to the ground where they were standing. 

 

It doesn't look like they're clipped into the ground either, because I can't find anything when I go into flying camera mode. 

 

Any idea how to fix this? The mod was working perfectly before; in fact I was able to enslave an NPC half an hour before I attempted to do this. But this Nightingale Sentinel from the Random Encounters mod keeps disappearing when I try to enslave her.

 

Maybe it's because she was spawned in with Random Encounters? 

 

This also started happening for no reason with Sexlab Defeat, too. When I put an NPC (from Random Encounters) in a sack, and release them, they vanish. I attempted to track them, too, and the Jaxon's Marker thing points to the ground where they should be standing.

is this still an issue and have you tried upgrading it to pahe, we've moved since then:
