I can't download sexoutNG.

It will let me download SexoutNG_plugins.zip and SexoutNG_anims.7z, but whenever I try to download SexoutNG_datapack.7z it stops at around 2 mb and says "SexoutNG_datapack.7z.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read."

 

I thought it might be a firefox thing so I tried google chrome, but that doesn't work either. So I'm lost. =s

Actually you are second person who is reporting this. But make sure you don't use anything that could be blocking this site. like add-block noscript etc..

I managed to get it working on a different internet connection, so it must have been something weird my internet was doing.

Thing is, I can download other files from this site, and of course (much larger) files from other sites, just fine.

 

Since I can't switch connections to try what Nyakitty did, am I dommed to never get to try Loogie's great looking mod, or is there a solution ?

EDIT : I just did several attempts again, to confirm that it's this file, and not anything else, and it now resumes the download at 0 bytes after it reaches around 2.5/2.6 Mb. Earlier, it just would stop.

 

I am downloading from a smart-phone, so my download rate isn't the best (around 200 kb/s atm), but maybe is it related ?

 

EDIT 2 : I would really appreciate it if someone could take max 10 minutes of their time to set up a (temporary) mirror on Mediafire, Dropbox or 4Share (no RapidShare please) for that particular file :

Thank you for your offer of assistance.

 

My browser is set to automatically clear the cache each time it closes. Suspecting something amiss with my browser, I have also tried to download the link with different browsers, on different machines (but with the same ISP/connection), and the result was the same each time unfortunately.

 

I have just tried again, and the file still refuses to go past the 2.5 Mo size. It's the last file I need to install the Sexout/Tryout mod.

 

Again, I don't wish to appear as a bother, and I realize it may very well be an issue on my side, but all other files I can download just fine from this site, and I don't have such issues with downloading from other websites.

Have you tried a regular connection ?? Maybe the smart phone ain't so smart afterall. What type of smart phone is it ?? I did hear samsung has allot of problem connecting correctly lately to websites.

It's a HTC Legend, Android, with PdaNet tethering for my laptop. It works flawlessly, and where I am atm it's my only option for a connection.

 

Once again, it's (most) probably on my side. I have issues with Rapidshare telling me that I "switched of ISPs" after clicking on the Download button (which is not true, of course), probably because of an overzealous protection scheme that gets confused by my multiple IPs. Mediafire, 4Share, Dropbox, all other download sites, even the Nexus, I have no issues whatsoever with.

 

It's really why I had hoped for a kind soul to send this file to me through a temporary means, before looking into whatever definitive solution to that particular issue might be.

 

It's no biggy though if it's not possible, I will just have to play without Sexout.

This morning I felt lightheaded and vomit-y, and headed in to work. 33 minutes after arriving I had to hurl, so I hurled while people in the bathroom expressed concern (I'm a loud puker) and I then informed my boss I was going home.

 

Already feel pretty okay. I'm considering going back to work and finishing out the last three hours of my shift.

 

Upshot is I was able to do the Khan quest today, which was going to have to wait until my regular day off on Friday.

I'm getting the same message as the author, SexoutNG_datapack.7z download stops at 26% and says that the source file cannot be read.

 

I've tried to clean cache, disable firewall, tried a different browser, I even tried a proxy but none of these worked.

 

It's kind of strange because other downloads work just fine.

Did anyone find the solution to this issue?

I may have found a solution, it may help other people. It worked when I right-clicked the link and chose "save target as".

then maybe you have some other problem right clicking or just click on the link both gives you the option to save as target. The only difference is right click gives you the options imidiatly while clicking gives you 2 options save as or just open the file.
