Any good ways to get better visuals in skyrim,with low end pc?

I want improve my skyrim visually,but I have low end pc .Can you suggest me any good way to do?

 

 

my specs:

amd apu a6-5400k apu dual core 3.60 GHz

amd radeon hd 7540 d

8 gb ram

I would start with the basics before installing mods or ENBs.

I tried the the ICBINE 3,but the loading screens increased greatly even the fps and a visuals was good.
