There's some things made from vanilla assets and clever use of transparencies, essentially nifskope mashups.

 

Technically, there are ways to get models in game and rigged to skeletons, like the CBBE alpha, but at this stage it takes some real programming know how and essentially writing your own tools.

What's bothering me is how spammed loverslab is with these annoying request posts.  If these people spent more than 10 mins reading they'd understand that there is nearly no modding tools out whatsoever and there is no big mods yet they insist on requesting things that'll require G.E.C.K or OutfitStudio

Gotta have patience with people who don't know as much as others when it comes to modding. Either ignore it, or you can inform them. ignorance is a bliss, but hey, everyone has been there at one point of time. Live and learn.

 

He probably seen invalidfate port the iron helm from Skyrim to Fallout 4 as his character is wearing it, a katana and robe of some sort. It was seen on CBBE thread.

When the outfit sudio comes out it will be easy to make skyrim amors

I don't use body slid/outfit studious for skyrim so I doubt I'll use it for fallout 4 when it is finally in the bargain bin that is. For skyrim oblivion fallout 3 and NV I use the clothing converter.
