How to play Skyrim in 2016?

So I heard that Bethesda will not be surprising us so soon with new Elder scrolls title and that made me think about playing Skyrim again. I've beat the game so many times with so many different classes and so many totally different gamestyles that I am running out of ideas. I made my Skyrim extreme with realism and survival mods. I tweaked it so hard with damage dealing and damage taking mods that you would die/kill with one hit if not protected. I tried all weapons and all magic classes. I even tried a pacifist mode and had great fun with it... etc.

I wasn't paying much attention for months neither on Nexus neither here in Skyrim download section so I have no idea if some new(er) must have mod was created.

So I ask you for help - What do you guys suggest for a 2016. re-play?

I'd say we'll hear about the next TES in 3-5 years, depending on what Bethesda's new studio in Canada is going to do in terms of developing. As for the matter at hand, there really isn't much to do Skyrim besides what you've done, you can check out the top files of the past few months in the Nexus if that suits you, there are a few really REALLY good quest mods. What I like to do today is install armor mods and make my game look as beautiful as possible, while playing quest mods. Maybe you can try a full SexLab romance playthrough?

Ahhh.... Sexlab is my weak spot, I never managed to install it correctly so I missed all that stuff. I always mess some step up. I also wanted to give my character ability to take a pee... etc. Only managed to make my character take a bath in the lakes. Is there somewhere a complete idiot guide how to install it and make that stuff work?

This is a perfect mod to start Sexlab with, Amorous Adventures; http://www.loverslab.com/topic/29971-sexlab-amorous-adventures-v20801-20151109/

Other than Sexlab, these are some mods that will change your game rather complete put together (especially when using supported files)

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69306/?Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul (also look up author's other mods)

http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68425/?Ordinator, currently best perk overhauler when it comes to lightweight overhauls that won't mess up half the rest of the game in the process, is super compatible and also extremely lightweight in what it needs (note that there's a compatibility patch between these two mods here; http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/70272/? )

Then to change the world at large, try this which makes leveling different, the loot system different, and makes some areas tougher, it will make the world feel more natural and far more balanced; http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/66105/?Morrowloot Ultimate

Then for extra content, try this, http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52248/?Legacy of the Dragonborn, which places a museum in Solitude that asks you to collect everything (I'm talking daedric artifact, guild artifacts, sigil stones, gems, and new items the mod place around), it's perfect for a completionist or anyone with a collector's fetish looking to gather up every unique item in the game, but beyond that it provides a massive amount of new content, dozens of new dungeons, two massive new worldspaces (Sanctre Tor and an updated version of Moonpath to Elseweyr with a huge amount of fixes). This is like a new game in terms of content put together, and gives you a genuine reason to head out and look up all the crap out there and raid all those dungeons. In the process you will also found a guild including building a guildhouse Hearthfire style, which will then go out on missions as well as give you new tasks as well as new gear, it's actually the single best guid mod that is available anywhere just as an addon to the rest of the mod.

Since they began Fallout 4 development by porting Skyrim to 64 bit next gen and updating the engine and scripting system, I would be so glad if they released a Skyrim Director's Cut or something like that. 64 bit would allow us a lot more complex mods than we have now, a lot more advanced/robust scripting system, etc. Downside is that probably all mods (specifically scripted ones, as well as SKSE) out now would have to be converted to the new Skyrim and wouldn't be any more compatible than a Fallout 3 mod is to Fallout New Vegas. Magic 8 ball i saying - Not going to happen, we won't see a 64 bit TES until TES VI.

Wow guys, you are just amazing! Thank you very much!

I am cleaning my Skyrim of all unneeded mods (using Mod Organizer) and I'll give it another go with SexLab. Sacremas, I also checked out the mods that you've mentioned - they look very interesting, especially Ordinator and Morrowloot. Oh, and I love your modding guide, it will help me fix the occasional CTD's that I experience.
