Defeat not handling followers

I have the latest version of Defeat installed but it ignores my followers completely even when there are plenty of aggressors. In the following image, I had myself in god mode, let all of those followers get knocked down (one even died) , and nothing happened to them. After nothing happened to them, I ended god mode for myself, got knocked down, Defeat kicked in for my character, but still nothing happened to the followers. They should have been picked up by Defeat in both cases because in the first one I had set the threshold to 90% health for followers with a 100% chance of assault, and in the second case I had set "Knock down scenario" to "Original" where they should have gone down with my character. There are clearly enough aggressors, so I don't know why it didn't work.

I left most of the settings as their defaults, but this is what I did change:

Player as victim:

- Set health threshold to 90%

- Disabled exhastion

- Disabled stun

- Knock down scenario (NPC) to "Original"

NPC vs NPC:

- Set health threshold (followers) to 90%

- Chance on hit (followers) to 100%

Do I have a conflicting mod that's preventing Defeat from working properly, do I have my settings configured incorrectly, or does Defeat not handle followers properly to begin with?

Edit: For clarification, the desired behavior is:

- Followers get knocked down at specified threshold always, and are assaulted immediately with a notification

- When I go down, all followers surrender with me and get assaulted too if there are enough aggressors

Well damn. The same thing here. None of my followers get attacked after they enter the knocked down stage. I thought it may have something to do with AFT but I don't know I don't have the netmerse plugin just racemenu. :(

This is a problem for me as well.. and... guess what? i'm also using AFT.. soooo.. maybe the problem is AFT?

i'll start a run without AFT just to test it.

Even though i have this problem it doesn't really bother me too much so i've never really tried to pursue a solution. Just posted here to thrown in my hat of "person using AFT, but also having that problem", in case that was it.

orginal poster rhasko is not using AFT but  Extensible Follower Framework and having the same issue , i think it has to do with having multiple followers

i think it has to do with having multiple followers

Defeat supports multiple followers though, at least I think it does. In all of the tooltips for the MCM items, it refers to followers as "followers" (plural) and not "follower". If you dive into the source (defeatplayer.psc in this case), you'll find "Followers = New Actor[5]" (line 101). The variable is plural and, although I haven't used Papyrus before, it looks like it's creating space for 5 actors, so it should support up to 5 followers.

On Defeat's mod page, it also recommends EFF, so I assume it's meant to be fully compatible with Defeat.

Hello,

To awnser your PM, the problem related to followers being undetected and/or ignored during a scene is fixed for the next Defeat version.

The next version to be released? Thanks! I'm looking forward to it :)
