Need Help, Pink Mouth/tounge

Hey,

 

as said in the title all npcs and the pc have a pink mouth when opening,

do you know what could be wrong?

edit. reinstalled fallout character overhaul still the same problem -.-

Pink = missing texture files so look at anything that alters people in the wasteland.

the only thing i think it could do that is fallout character overhaul
