Double post but it's been nearly 24 hours so fuck it.

 

Josiah Sapp. Hailing from settlement called Glowing Rock in what used to be North Carolina, Josiah became a caravaneer at 16. At first he just acted as a guard putting his talent with the pistol to good use, but before long he was heading his own caravan, selling chems and meds up and down the Appalachian Trail, as far south as the Atlanta Ruins and as far north as the Commonwealth. A deal gone south cost him his caravan and nearly his life, forcing him to rebuild one piece at a time. For now he does merc jobs in the Commonwealth.

Here is my newest character im playing along side my normal game. This is a special character for me. My grandpa passed away a week ago from cancer, he never got a chance to come back home like he wanted and instead passed away in the hospital, so i made a character based off of him and then designed a fallout version of his home in sanctuary. And even put his cat in there too.

 

 

So now im slowly just doing settlement stuff on this game and turning sanctuary hills into a nice town for him where he can live.

Loving these pictures Thanks for sharing. I still remember my first playthrough seems like ages ago. I ended up getting platinum on ps4. It took me about 3 weeks of non stop play and countless deaths lol. I so can't wait for fallout5.

I kept thinking of an old song with the word "gris-gris" in it, implying enchantment (in the song by someone the singer knew)

Then I wiki'd the word, and that's usually a biggie mistake.

a gris-gris, say one of the eleven definitions, is a representation of the person's self.

 

Well, *my* player couldn't be more opposite if god did it, only he didn't.

But isn't that what "counterpart" means?

Without all of all the people's excellent mods, it wouldn't be anything special.

Damn, yours is the MOST special I've seen in a long while.

Gris-Gris is French Patois from Haiti and the Mississippi delta and of unknown African origin. It’s an enchanted talisman given to the believers in the African folk magic of hoodoo by a voodoo mama. It might be part of a rebirth rite, from the grey (French: gris) ashes in their faces they rise, becoming one with the talisman. Mighty voodoo magic.

 

The gris-gris (to use the term) I gave to my character that is my soul. Being bewitched makes her look alive to some degree. The most beautiful you’d find elsewhere. I don’t follow the stereotypes of a short-lived beauty ideal in the scene, just my heart and that’s still a mighty spell of its own.

 

The character was made in the week of game release and remained unchanged since then. It’s a vanilla face, a singleton with a mole for the essential facial asymmetry. Now and then I use a nose piercing or a war paint. I just love the accessories and improvements, the much appreciated cherries on the cake made by our modders. All the power to them.
