Body Mesh Stretching

So, I recently installed a brand new graphics card(Went from the GTX 670 to a GTX 980) and decided to heavily overhaul my Skyrim to look the best it can. However, when I booted up my new build(I use Mod Organizer btw.) and remove the clothing from my character, the body is all stretched out. It pretty much blocks out the screen. The only part of the body that seems unaffected is the head and feet(Though that may be because I didn't remove the hat or shoes.). This has never happened to me before. I'm thinking I may have gone over the 255 mod limit that Skyrim has since MO doesn't tell you you've hit the limit, but would that affect the meshes? It only seems to be affecting characters without clothing, no other meshes are stretching. If it isn't being over the mod limit that's the problem, the only thing I can think of are mods that affect the body in anyway, which I have a couple of. Any idea how to fix it?

It has nothing to do with limit graphics or anything like that this has to do with you installing tons of mods without watching what you were doing. Stretching to infinity means that you have installed a skeleton that is not compatible with the body you are using or you installed a mod that overwrote your skeleton. I have no clue as to what you have installed since you never posted your load order. But I would go back and check your skeleton out and if it was overwritten then reinstall it. If you are using SOS (slongs of skyrim) it comes with it's own skeleton so if it was overwritten then you have to reinstall it.

Right, forgot about posting the load order for easier diagnosis. I hadn't even thought about it being the skeleton. I'm using XPSME and SOS, but I have the SOS compatibility patch installed so those shouldn't be conflicting. Beyond that there shouldn't be any other skeleton mods in my load order since I never downloaded any others. Unless the HDT mods could possibly conflict, but I installed all of those in a separate test build and they worked just fine. It's just the build with all the other mods that shouldn't conflict with the skeleton that is having the problem. And SOS isn't even installed in that build. Though maybe that's the problem. I didn't turn on any of my adult mods in my default build, just the DUNP Skinny body and some texture mods and face altering mods to go with it.

EDIT: So, after further inspection, turns out XPMSE needed udating and another mod called NetImmerse Override. I guess it has been a while since I updated so that makes sense. I'll run the game again with those installed and see how it goes.

EDIT 2: So that didn't work, and now after trying Skyrim Configurator like someone else suggested, my entire Skyrim is screwed up. The save system is bugged or something and even deleting the configurator did nothing. So now I gotta deal with that.
