I don't know. The files on the link do go to the PinupPoser thing. However I couldn't tell you if it's the English version (or if the file hosted on here is) since I've downloaded and installed both and still can't read whats going on.

Is there a way to get the original pinup pose mcm without having to create an account and install their downloader?

 

edit: nvm, didn't realize I had to go into the folder and choose the file I wanted.

Has anyone got a direct link to the download page for the original MCM mod? All I get when clicking on every link I can find here and reddit + others require sign in or tell me to make 20 posts. Can anybody upload it to mega or something?

Installation

 

Do it step by step.

 

Install requirements.


Disable the esps and delete the scripts from the installed pose mods. Anything related to that ridiculous ring function is not needed. <--- what ESP and script should i be deleting?

 

Run FNIS.
Overwrite the file from Pinup Pose MCM by this mod.
In game, wait for SkyUI register the MCM, and enable the player/NPC function.

 

Everytime you change pose mod (add or delete), refreshing the pose list is needed. Enable "CustomPose" to 1 (CustomPose=1) in PinupPoseMCM.ini to do this. It will revert to 0 after done refreshing.

I appreciate the help and all, but im not having trouble installing it, what i need is the actual files. I cant get them from that Baidu link. It just asks you to create account+download software. I dont read chinese and apparently you need to confirm your details through SMS so, I ask again, can any kind soul upload this to a website that people can easily download it from? Thanks.

apparently baidu.com doesn't like mozilla.  Clicking the arrows didn't work with mozilla, it didn't matter which arrow I clicked on.  The one on the bar that you hover.  The one on the bar when you check a box, or the or the one in the upper right.  I only got the option to install the exe file.  After switching to IE it is downloading now.

 

So if clicking on the arrows only downloads the .exe file, try switching to a different browser.

 

The english version directory is now empty,  So you have to download the new 3.6 version that includes english.

 

Also,

for the latest version 3.6 if you check the english box of the installer, it installs PinupPoseMCM_english.txt but the file it installs is actually in Chinese.  So you have to manually reopen the zip and extract the file with the same name from english/interface/translations and replace in your mod man.

 

MCM/interface/translations/PinupPoseMCM_english.txt that the installer uses is Chinese.  Don't use this one.

 

Basically, the installer fails for the English option, you will have to manually extract the files from the English folder and replace the Chinese with the .esp and SKSE ini.

I doubt anyone will for a few understandable reasons, as frustrating as that may be.

 

They changed how the download on that page works from the looks of it (you need to post in Chinese 20 times without getting banned for being nonsensical spam), so unless someone re-hosts or you speak Chinese you basically can't get it now.

 

Someone may PM it to you if they have it though.

I managed to download the file and install everything and it works, I can get the poses. For those who are not being able to download, it is a pain. I used a download accelerator set to single queue file transfers (else you would 403 out), and had to pause the download every time it timed out, finally after 3-4 restarts it managed to get the whole file. The English esp and Translation files are included.

 

However the expansion with the new poses doesn't do anything. I get all the original Halo poses to work, but the GomaPero pose pack doesn't work, nor does something else called Fuwapose. I get I think a max of 16 lists regardless of the setting in the ini file.

 

All the pose packs have been updated so what I did was:

 

1. Remove the full GomaPero installation (the rings were driving me nuts)

 

2. Run FNIS

 

3. Install PP MCM, English version.

 

4. Install mesh, texture and esp of the relevant add-on packs

 

5. Run FNIS (all animations register correctly, the list grows from ~400 before the installs to over 7k animations, so I think it's about right)

 

6. Edit .ini file to point to GomaPeroPero1 (as per new naming in the list) and fuwapose, and set CustomPose=1

 

6. Start game

 

What happens is this, if load a save which has never seen the MCM menu ever, I only get empty list (no lists below the list selector). If I open a game that has seen the partial list before - the base install before the expansion - I only get the list as it was before the expansion was installed. The new animations are simply not registering in the MCM menus.

 

Any ideas or help is much appreciated, thanks!

Hey guys. Is anyone kind enough to post or pm an alternate link for the required poser mod? Like everyone else, the site forces me to download the downloader first unlike before. Don't want to install any of those. Thank you. :shy:

Okay I managed to download it. Checking Skyrim, I have the pose rings for halo's poser and can select a pose but when I switch to the 'play idle' ring my character doesn't do the pose any suggestions?
