Does Sexout and it's plugins cause Lag?

Hi everyone. I'm new, and I just got Sexout installed, but after I installed it, my game started running terribly, sometimes at random, most of the time during fights. The FPS would just drop to practically nothing out of nowhere, which leads to my Thread Subject Question. Here's my load order, by the way:

FalloutNV.esm

DeadMoney.esm

HonestHearts.esm

OldWorldBlues.esm

LonesomeRoad.esm

GunRunnersArsenal.esm

ClassicPack.esm

MercenaryPack.esm

TribalPack.esm

CaravanPack.esm

Sexout.esm

SexoutCommonResources.esm

The Mod Configuration Menu.esp

Roberts_NewVegas.esp

Sexout LevelUp.esp

SexoutNotify.esp

Type3MClothing.esp

SexoutBrutalRapers.esp

Total active plugins: 18

Total plugins: 19

A big thanks to whoever can help me.

How good is your computer? Is it only Fallout? It's just I've seen lots of questions like this on many games then find the person is running a game on a 5 year old office spec computer and/or is running a Blender Render, Yahoo messenger, Ebay, MSN, 4 Facebook pages, Twitter, Skype, 3 virus scanners, 2 kitty calender appications, and a heap of other resource sucking stuff in the background :)

In the end the more mods you add the more it will slow down, but many people are running Sexout with 100 odd mods ok.

You could remove LevelUp & Notify, they don't do much.

I think that with those specs you should be running things on medium settings and be fine. If you are trying to run above medium settings you likely are going to have problems.

I notice a severe impact on performance from "Populated Casinos" (vanilla) and slight impacts indoors from "A World Of Pain".

So I'm a little sensitive about reduced performance. My eyebrow twitches when the fps drops and all that.

I have not noticed a single lost frame to SexoutNG, nor Tryout, nor BrutalRapists (yes, I know. Deal with it).

It's possible that you may have to fiddle with the camera settings of SexoutNG, or even play certain locations in 3rd person, to avoid your PC being invisible. However, I honestly can't say if this is based on system performance or blind luck.

System Specs, just in case you actually want references or something:

Windows 7 Home Premium

Intel i7 950

12.28 GB Corsair Vengeance 1600 DDR/3 (Totally irrelevant btw, as NV doesn't use more than 4 - even with an extender)

GeForce GTX 570
