help with body skins

if someone could help me install the special cherry peach skin from http://bbs.3dmgame.com/thread-3833733-1-1.htmlid be eternally grateful. I already have an account so thats no no problems but google translate sucks and im completely lost in how exactly to do this. Iv downloaded the files. 

 

The exe btw at the bottom was nothing but bloatware chinese programs, but i got the hidden zip file

the textures are in archive named 一键换身形蜜桃版2.1更新档（需先装1.1）
