Can anybody import this nif from skyrim to oblivion?

It seems to contain two head meshes.

I suspect that will work very badly and look worse when converted.

 

I'd suggest trying to find matches in Oblivion. There are plenty of heads/hairs available.

Hairs and heads are the absolute most difficult things to do.  You not only have to make the nif conversion, you'll need the tri and egt files.  It is a shit ton of work from what I understand, so I seriously doubt anyone is going to step up for this.  Sorry.
