NazWeed Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 I have been banned from the Nexus and cannot download any files there, and Proxy servers don't seem to work. Can anyone provide me with FNIS? Edit: It would be better if you can tell me how to download files on Nexus again.
RitualClarity Posted October 14, 2015 Posted October 14, 2015 Get your IP address changed and try again this time make sure you don't do whatever it was that got you banned in the first place. I believe they ban by IP address so if you change it to a different enough IP you should be able to start over fresh. However keep in mind they do have ways to tell it is you so keep your head low afterwards and keep your self clean and just use it for downloads of the most critical mods you need. Don't fool around there anymore. Fool around here instead (on many levels ) I doubt that it would be proper to upload or give you a copy of FNIS from here as if FORE wanted a copy here he would have uploaded one. He is a member here on this site. Best to try to work out some way to get to the Nexus. I was having some problems over the weekend getting on the Nexus and somewhere I read I believe it was reddit or Nexus once I got on it. I can 't remember but the article stated that Cyberghost allowed some downloads from Nexus. Not sure It is a paid VPN Service though. The free ones generally won't let you download but could let you make your case against getting banned, the one option you are allowed for repeal.
NazWeed Posted October 17, 2015 Author Posted October 17, 2015 Changing my IP is just as useful as sticking my finger in a pencil sharpener. I want to see what happens, but it's extremely painful, Ok bad example, but I really would like someone to tell me how to change my IP.

I agree however that advise is from others that had the same problem. Perhaps a new post asking how to get fresh access to Nexus. Others might have better ideas that won't require shapening your finger. . As for the IP address change I never had to do that but I suppose you can use a VPN service (for a cost as many that are free won't let you download etc) that can hid your IP address and allow you to change but it is very likely that most of those IPs might already be blocked by others in your boat. The other way is to go through the process with your IP provider and see what is needed to be done to change the IP address.
Guest Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 If you are using Firefox there are free IP changers addons. Click on Tools > Addons then type: IP changer. You'll get a list and you can install one you like. But if you want to do more serious work, access to your router and change it there. Your Internet provider has access router IP. Visit their home page and see troubleshooter.
RedMonika Posted October 18, 2015 Posted October 18, 2015 Or call your ISP and say that it's not connecting and have them resync it. That, if I'm not mistaken, will give you a new IP.
