[SKYRIM] Anyone know how this person managed to do this?

So I was browsing JP sites for mods and I came across this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68212/?anyone knows how he/she did it?

 

(If you can't see what I'm seeing then basically somehow the creator managed to mix the female base head with the male body and it's not muscular at that xD)

If you look at the bottom of the page, under Special Thanks, he credits someone named Hangakin for showing how to create the follower (Cecile).  So it's a matter of finding Hangakin's blog.

This is what I can make out, open nifskope select the male nord head export it to blender most likely and switch with the female head (Not sure on that part) then use unp texture blender to fix the skin tone, I'll have to mess around with it a bit and see the results.
