walking forward

I need some help here i;ve re-downloaded oblivion from steam with all the patches and DLC's. OBSE 20, HGEC body,PK aio 4.1, and universal silent voice and my character keeps walking forward ever so slowly any idea's on how to rectify? I see that when i open OBMM there's no extra esp or extra esm's other than knights and shivering isle:s

I don't know for sure, but that sounds like a joystick problem. In the INI I forget where you may want to disable joystick, you may have a hand held controller attached or something that cause's that.

 

 

It is only and Idea, I can not be sure. May not help at all.
