NPC Visual Transfer Tool - cant get it to work

Hello,

 

For a while I really wanted to be able to transfer visuals from one npc to another, as I always was torn apart by having followers with great depth, custom voiced ect and having one with amazing looks, but being just generic out of the box followers.

 

Recently I found the mod in the title:

And I thought that my dream come true, I can finally have amazing looking followers with great back story.

 

Sadly my dream did not happen, as I was trying to transfer visuals from Hidielle follower ( found here on LL) to recorder from Nexus.

It seams that all goes well, but in game I get the new faceshape (or at least its looks like, cause it hell not recorder), but the textures are all messed up. brown face, vanilla textures on top of that, old hair ect.

 

I tired to make the transfer for few other followers onto recorder, but always get the same thing.

 

Anyone tried this mod, and could advise what I could try to do.

 

Also if any further info would be required from my side please let me know.

If you follow the readmes and clear messages while doing it, you'll get it to work. Just take it slow and do what it tells you to do.

I got it working now, thanks

turned out it was my stupidity that cause the problem.

I locked part of my load order which forced the patch esp to go above one of the perma patches when it should be below it ....
