And now I have no idea which mod options I shoud change to see animals cocks more often.

You can lower the arousal threshold in Creature Framework MCM under Sexlab Aroused integration. I believe is 50 by default.

also there seems to be a communication problems with CF and sexlab so turn off "arousal intergation" under Creature framework remember to re-registrate the frame work as well it in the same tab
