What's the switch to make follower inventory visible?

My follower has inventory that only he can see. What box do I tick in Creation Kit do I tick to allow players to remove his default clothing and replace it with whatever they like?

That's probably his outfit. Find him in the CK and set his outfit to none, it should be under the "inventory" tab. Then replace it with whatever you like by manually dragging and dropping items to his inventory. He can start completely naked when you will meet him, just add or remove something from his inventory after recruiting him and he'll equip everything.

Or use Extensible Follower Framework which allows you to change his outfit in game without using the CK.
