Problem with SOS/Skeleton/HDT/Racemenu combination

Sorry for the general post, but I dont know if my problem is an SOS problem, skeleton problem, HDT problem, or racemenu problem.

So, I started out with this setup:

SOS 3.0

XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended v3.13 by Groovtama

Racemenu 3-2-2-29624

SOS Racemenu plugin 0.1 by b3lsario

SOS rotation plug v0.2 by b3lsario

HDT 14.28

All is sort of well here, EXCEPT that HDT SOS stuff doesnt work.  Like, the recently posted FloppySOS doesnt work for me.  Just doesnt do anything.  (Other HDT stuff, like on women's breasts are fine).

So, based on certain posts, it seemed like what HDT wants is for me to install XPMS32 1.94, which I did.

This, however, screws everything up.  Specifically: I lose all my SOS-related sliders (except, strangely, erection).  No length, thickness, yaw, pitch, roll sliders.  Worse, the shape of my schlong is terribly distorted, and there's no way to fix it because the racemenu sliders arent there.

So, not sure where I've screwed up, but it seems like there's some combination of stuff that isn't quite compatible, and not sure how to fix it.  Thoughts?

I'm not sure what the difference is between XP32 Maximum Skeleton Extended and HPMS32 1.94 is, but apparently it's big enough to completely hork up my rig, (or I'm just not doing something right).

Sos racemenu standalone stuff isn't needed with xpmse. All sos plugins for racemenu are ported to nio and integrated in xpmse rm plugin already. And overwriting xpmse with xpms does not work and causes a lot of scale data not to be loaded anymore, and also xpmse rm checks for xpmse skeletons of a specific version and xpms skeletons are not xpmse skeleton so nothing is shown anymore.
