Firestorm just kills me

Hai,

My character learned master destruction spell Firestorm and now when he casts it with no foes around he's dead.  (PC version of game) Casting shout Ethereal keeps my character from dying but the spell seems to do nothing.  no big fire aoe just poofs out.  Nothing like the youtube videos where Firestorm is demonstrated.

 

Fnis update maybe? FNIS was just updated earlier today btw. 

 

Just wanted to add the other 2 master destruction spells work fine, Blizzard and Lightning Storm.

Edit:  Problem resolved:

Wasn't the load order it was the latest mod installed from "Amazing Follower Tweaks". 

Optional download called "No Friendly Spell Damage".  Turned off that mod in Mod Organizer and it worked just fine.

Cool!  I mean Hot!  I mean awesome!

 

Installed the author's original version of "No Friendly Spell Damage" and it seems to work for me.  Now to do some questing and test his original version of said mod.

In other words you should post your load order/mods list here. It's probably a mod conflict.
