Unwanted Underwear

Hi

ran into a new problem with Skyrim i am using a variety of mods but usually things go ok, but recently i started using one of the companion mods and i found that not only my own selected NPC ccompanions have lavender colored underwear instead of nude but other npcs do too. when i loot a corpse it shows up with underwear?

 

I am using CBEE and didnt see anywhere to select nude textures like it used to show. same for other texture mods for the CB body type...anyone have had this or have advice? i dont want to have to uninstall and re install if i dont have to but i HATE underwear with a passion and never chose it.

 

is this a main intall default thing?  if so is there somewhere to turn it off?

the companion mod is the Tweaks one and it has a setting for outfit control, if we turn that off will the Nighwear ..underware disappear? or should i try to change the nightwear choice? not sure if it is possible, that was one of the negative drawbacks of this companion mod i remember when i read about it before picking one i feared this might happen.

 

i could go to the NPC editor and manually change the nightwear setting for relevant characters but still is a problem i would like to solve.

Perhaps you installed a mod that overwrites the body meshes with a version that includes underwear. Reinstalling CBBE will fix this, just make sure to not select the underwear options in the installer.

Or just find the body and delete the underwear mesh out of the body nifs or open the zip/rar of the body you are using and overwrite the body nifs in your game folder with the ones in the rar/zip.
