[Help] Character stuck in t-pose using Sexlab

My character gets stuck in t-pose until the sex scene ends with an NPC. My game client is stable and I get no CTDs or errors in MO when running LOOT and vanilla files are clean. My guess is that something is blocking the animations but not sure of course which is why I am here.

I use Mod Organizer, LOOT, TES5Edit, Wrye Bash - SKSE 1.7.3 (and memory patch - yes) My system specs (AMD FX-6300 3.5Ghz, 12GB RAM, Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 Motherboard, Nvidia GTX 680 w/2GB VRAM, Win 10)

It sounds like you have not run the GenerateFNISforUsers.exe file. It's in the Data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users folder. You need to run that whenever you add or remove a mod that has animations.

Sorry I should have added that part. I have already ran FNIS and the DSR Patch. Neither one had errors.

Try reinstalling your xpms skeleton. sometimes other mods might unknowningly overwrite those files

Ok, I tried but no sex animations working still.

On a side note, I noticed that in-game sheathing a weapon in third person view (animation) doesn't work either. The sound plays, but I have to go into first person view to sheath a weapon. Possibly related?

Did you check all the appropriate patches in FNIS before running it? Because if you check them all and don't need any of them it will not work properly. It looks like you checked every one of them from what you pasted above.

If you notice my load list, I checked the ones in FNIS that I use, which is nearly all except 2 on the list; PCEA and Mounted Combat.

Ahh, gotcha'. I don't always read everything on a mod list, sometimes they're freakin' HUGE!

Haha, no worries. And to think I have around 6 or 7 more mods I plan to install after I get this animation issue figured out. By then I will be cross-eyed reading my load list I'm sure.

You're actually using these?

----------------------------------------------------

Patch: * xp32's "New Animation for Running with Bow"

Patch: * xp32's "New Animation for 1H Weapon"

Patch: * xp32's "Momo Acrobatic Jump"

----------------------------------------------------

I didn't see these in your mod list (although many animations don't come with plugins anyway).

Yes, and if I didn't have them installed before running FNIS, there would be an error message in the FNIS log saying they were not found. (For those who didn't know that)

I tried running the game without these then patching;

Patch: * xp32's "New Animation for Running with Bow"

Patch: * xp32's "New Animation for 1H Weapon"
Patch: * xp32's "Momo Acrobatic Jump"

Still couldn't get Sexlab animations to work.

I just looked at your load order again, then checked twice more to be sure I was (not) seeing what I was (not) seeing, and realized you only have FNIS Spells in that list.

That could very well explain it.

I see it's on the FNIS report after running it, but shouldn't those be in your LO?

EDIT: I just looked at my LO in MO and it only lists FNIS Spells as well. Oh well.

So I guess the next logical think to ask is...how did you install it? What mod manager do you use? Was it manually installed?

UPDATE:  All of the FNIS YouTube tutorial videos say when updating the FNIS patch, to take the files leftover from running FNIS and "simply" drag them into the existing FNIS patch in Mod Organizer.

HOWEVER, all I had to do to fix this animation issue is to remove/delete the existing FNIS Patch mod and create a new one from scratch.

(Hopefully those videos get updated with this info someday)
