This is one way you can add custom statues to skyrim well kind of

anyway the first thing to do is to download female Follower 2.rar which is a quick follower I created in the creation kit

than go in game and find her she is in Whiterun in the Bannered Mare. Once you find her use "~" and click on her for the base code and

type player.placeatme "The BaseID number" and enter. Now you will see a duplicate talk to her and give her the item and use "~" and click

on her and type tai to make her not move and it will become a statue or object.

If you want to move the object I recommend getting Jaxonz Positioner

From here:http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52583/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D52583%26preview%3D&pUp=1

You don't have to do the first part but it makes it easier

I think this is interesting and I want to know what you guys think

If you think its good than I will show a full tutorial with 3ds max and the creation kit its really easy

Its kind of like Gmod

Update: I found an easier way and that  is to add the item to your inventory and go to it and drop the item than use the
console ~ and click on the item you dropped and than use Jaxonz Positioner and I also added Outset Island from The Legend of Zelda The Wind Walker

Pretty sure you should never use player.placeatme unless of course you want bloated save files which might eventually become corrupted. Because each time you use that command it adds more bloat to your save file. Instead I believe you are suppose to use the Prid command instead. Or instead just go to her open the console and click her then type in help ssbb get the id and type in additem item id then enter this will add the item straight to her inventory.

Here is more info on the placeatme command and what happens when you use it. http://cs.elderscrolls.com/index.php/PlaceAtMe
