I recently installed and started using Mod Organizer and have been following the various guides etc in using it. i have installed SkyUI and also 1.7.3.SKSE. Today i just wanted to see the game open via RUN on MO. i have Steam open as well. I watched the first black box flash and vanish and then the game began to start. But, its in a window mode. not full screen and i am not sure how to get it to run full screen via MO RUN. If i run the game directly through Steam ( Not from MO) it loads full screen. I did check the window mode is 'unchecked' in the Options menu on Vanilla Game Menu and graphics is as set by the game ( Ultra) How do i get my SKSE Skyrim to play full screen please? thankies...Sophie x
sophiextime Posted August 13, 2015 Author Posted August 13, 2015 oh no my bad...scratch that!!! i had to initially not only set the game up in options but actually had to click PLAY at least once via Steam game load for the MO to then run all versions in full; screen. I think if you try to use SKSE to run the game via MO for the very first time on a new install of Skyrim, it window modes it, well it did for me. But once its played at least once via steam, NOT MO, then after that for some reason my PC remembered to always load Skyrim full screen and not windowed. giggles x
TnTTnT Posted August 13, 2015 Posted August 13, 2015 You can always edit SkyrimPrefs.ini in MO profile folder. Running game from MO use different ini file than normal steam running.
