Frozen ANIMals

I recently switched back to NMM because of some issues i was having with MO, but when i started a new game the carts werent in motion at the start. so i go alternate start. everything was fine, no issues in game until i find out that the horses had no animations. i ignored it because i dont use horses anyway. then i see that a fox was frozen too in the same way and i killed it to see what would happen and it went back normal. and so i go into helgen and Alduin is on the ground towering like his load screen pose. i would love a solution... and i dont know how to get the load order from NMM, if anyone could tell me how so that i could include that so maybe i could get better help.

Have you tried running FNIS? I've had this once or twice but it was so long ago that I don't remember what I did to resolve it. Did you run loot? I really don't think switching back to NMM would have caused this but does that mean that you reinstalled your mods again?

I don't think you can produce a text file from NMM to show the load order - it's a shame, really, BUT NMM does produce it's own text file for it located at AppData\Local\Skyrim. There's a loadorder.txt file there.

If you ever uninstall or change mods that have animal animations (particularly if removing creatures animations including the FNIS creature pack), you need to run the Generator and select De-Install Creatures first BEFORE uninstalling the mod.  After running the "De-Install", quit Generator, delete the creature mods/animations you want to remove (or change), then run the Generator again as you normally would.

If you have already uninstalled the creature animations mods, reinstall them then run the generator and run the "De-Install", following the instructions as above.
