Slorm Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 I had a problem recently with disappearing bandits at Valtheim Keep which I tracked down to a bad cell reset. I cleared out the area and then to try to force a general reset I was using the commands: setgs ihourstorespawncell 1 setgs ihourstorespawncellcleared 1 I then waited 2 hours and saved. If I coc to valtheimkeepexterior01 the bandits are in place and all the containers/potions have respawned, however if I restart Skyrim, load the save and do the same coc the respawn hasn't happened and the place is empty. I assume this is because the two game respawn timers have reset back to 240 and 720 which seems to indicate that the respawn only happens when you enter the cell. I took an extra test save after the first visit and on reload that did work correctly so at that point it had been written into the save once the cell had been visited So my question is, is there any way to force a respawn without having to visit the cells? I could possibly create a utility to force the respawn times on startup but I'm after a "one off" reset rather than than having it ongoing

Script functions like OnReset will only be called at this time."
