Clairvoyance Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 Hey all Title's pretty self-explanatory: what are some of YOUR favorite underrated voiced follower mods? I love voiced followers and already tried all the most popular (Inigo, Arissa, Sofia, Atvir, etc). I'm just curious if you guys have a hidden gem or two that I've missed one way or another... Cheers <3

gvman3670 Posted July 15, 2015 Posted July 15, 2015 Katia. There was a download here on LL for her after she was removed from Nexus. I like her a lot. Katia. There was a download here on LL for her after she was removed from Nexus. I like her a lot.
checkeredtaxi Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 I've been trying out a lot of these lately. Anna NPCs and Interesting NPCs are pretty neat because they add a lot of followers that chat with eachother, they are not the best looking though.
Apnea Posted July 16, 2015 Posted July 16, 2015 Viconia Devir is my favorite. Her voice was re-done a couple of years after her release (except for a couple of lines) and the quality is really good now. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/28941/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D28941%26preview%3D&pUp=1\ I've been trying out a lot of these lately. Shadowhawk827 Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 the only and best one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cAZCh8GF6s4 Hadn't seen him before but the mod does look fun. Gonna have to try it. I just started using the mod, but so far I'm kind of liking Inigo also. Maybe it's just the change from the constant parade of ZZZ cup female followers with little else going for them. Even Vilja has surprisingly bad combat AI and whines a bit much for my tastes.
Killing Joke Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 Viconia Devir is my favorite. Too bad he didn't make a personal quest and that she can't ride horses. I rarely play with followers but I like to have her around from time to time.
Shadowhawk827 Posted July 17, 2015 Posted July 17, 2015 Viconia was one of my favorite characters in Baldur's Gate 1 & 2 also. More 2 than 1 honestly, she was just a pain in 1, lol. I even snuck a version of her into Dawnguard Sentries when I first made the sentries unique. No custom body replacers or anything though, so mine doesn't look nearly as good as the follower mod. She's patrolling Dawnstar though, keeping a look out for vampires. The only thing I'm surprised by with the Viconia follower mod is that the author botched her house (last) name. It's D'Vir. COmmon error with her, BUT when the author so faithfully recreated her personality, etc... from Baldur's Gate, the name miss was surprising.

Even Vilja has surprisingly bad combat AI and whines a bit much for my tastes. Unfortunately, next to NO followers have anything larger than E-cup breasts (by default), because people who like actually "huge" breasts are in the minority. You were probably just exaggerating, but still Now that you've mentioned it, I WISH there were more "ZZZ cup female followers"! But yeah, I completely agree about Vilja. Her and Cerwiden's personalities are nigh-unbearable (imo) :/ I've been trying out a lot of these lately. Shadowhawk827 Posted July 18, 2015 Posted July 18, 2015 Yep, Clairvoyance, it was exaggeration for effect & help make my point. Truthfully I don't care much what size a female follower's boobs are. I just wish there weren't so many wannabe modders that think that all it takes to make a follower mod is give her big tits. If they spent half the time I have with my mod trying to learn the ins and outs of the game's AI system, there'd be alot better followers out there. Sadly, people eat it up on the Nexus though. Big boobed follower is almost guaranteed 1000 DLs and access to the modders' forums on Nexus. It takes away from the few well designed ones out there also.
