Another person with no animations

So after 5 hours of trying anything, I give up and ask the pros.

I installed everything needed everything works, sound MCM menu for sexoutng but no animations.

 

What I tried so far:
Checked if I have newest NVSE=I have version 5.0 beta 2

Checked if I have newest NVSE extended=I have version 16

Checked if I have sexout data and core installed right=Both re-installed 4 times+one time manually

Checked if any mods conflict=De-activated everything besides (Tale of two wastelands should work with it):

I just doesn't want to give me the animations...

Either the PC just stands there with sound playing when masturbating

Or the PC and the other actor stand inside each other with sound playing

Yes I have, but not activated.

 

Edit:

I had it deactivated in the load order but under package manager it was still installed.

Got it fixed through deactivating it there.

Thank you very much for pointing me towards that, wouldn't have thought JIP could cause it as it is just HUD+shooting mechanics.

Now there is only question left, how did you instantly know I have "JIP's Selective fire" installed?

Because it caused that issue for me earlier. Well, at least for me, maybe others.

Regardless, the JIP NVSE plugins were just updated (http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/58277/?) and the new ones work with Sexout flawlessly.
